Anchor Strength offers non-medical fitness and nutrition coaching for people who are exploring or using GLP-1 medications and/or testosterone or hormone replacement therapy (TRT/HRT). This offering is designed to support strength, health, and long-term success—before, during, and after starting these therapies.
In addition to coaching, Anchor Strength can help clients navigate reputable resources and providers, understand next steps, and move more efficiently through the process of getting started when these options are appropriate. Medical treatment and prescriptions are not provided—but informed guidance and support are.
